Clear Vinyl

Clear vinyl is another popular label substrate, but it has limitations. The limitations have more to do with the inks we use rather than the vinyl itself. Roland Eco Sol Max inks are not entirely opaque, so background light can make the printed label appear wishy-washy or more pastel toned than required. The colour of the surface the clear label is applied onto can also affect the appearance of the ink. For example, a green print on a clear label will appear black when the label is applied to a yellow surface. These are just some things you need to keep in mind when ordering clear vinyl labels.
