Vinyl Sticker Material

Vinyl stickers and labels are mostly printed on gloss or matte white self-adhesive materials. The gloss white vinyl is by far the most popular of the sticker substrates and has a wide range of applications, from simple advertising stickers to retail product labeling. Full color digital prints on vinyl (even photographic reproductions) are easily obtained. Furthermore, vinyl stickers and labels are so popular due to the waterproof and robust outdoor qualities of the material. Bumper stickers are best produced on vinyl for this reason. Vinyl stickers and labels also have a high tack glue, which ensures that the sticker is not easily removed by normal handling and exposure. Vinyl stickers are also very good at cold temperatures and better resist edge curling like normal stickers when exposed to cold, damp environments in coolers, fridges and freezers. On packaged food products, vinyl stickers can withstand normal warming in microwave ovens.
