Vinyl Sticker Printing

Our vinyl sticker printing is a digital print process using the Roland 300i Versacamm print and cut machine. This is an outstanding vinyl sticker and label printer capable of printing and die-cutting stickers at up to 7m2 per hour. This printing press produces high-quality full-colour vinyl labels in native RGB or CMYK formats. Labels printed on vinyl are best printed as RGB -  specifically Adobe RGB (aRGB). Due to it's relatively compact size (maximum media width is only 762mm), it is ideal for small to medium sized vinyl sticker and label printing jobs. Because digital vinyl sticker printing is costed on a per square meter basis, the smaller the sticker the more labels you can print economically. The reverse of this is that the bigger the vinyl sticker or label, the fewer you can print economically before switching to digiflex or standard flexo sticker printing. At that point, however, you cannot print stickers on vinyl and have to switch to Polyprop or Semi-Gloss paper label substrates.
