Variable Data Printing

Variable Data Printing or VDP means that we can print your stickers or labels with unique numbers or text. In other words, you could have 250 labels (or more) each printed with a different number or a different name - or an alphanumeric set if the need arises. There are some limitations with VDP and not all fonts are available. On the plus side, all colours in RGB or CMYK are available. This is a very nifty printing application and can be used for personalizing products such as wine labels, car security stickers, name stickers and so on. If you require your labels with variable data, the process is relatively simple; you would need to provide the data in a single column on an Excel spreadsheet. We would then create a data base which our printing press would access while printing the labels. During the label printing process, the machine seamlessly allocates one line of data per label to be printed in a designated space on the label. Please note that you cannot have variable data printed in a different place on each label - the data field is set in a fixed position on the sticker.
