Vinyl Labels

Vinyl labels in general are the most versatile and cost effective sticker substrate to print and shape. There are other factors that determine the best type of label printing, but these factors will take too long to discuss here so suffice it to say that printing vinyl labels is our default position. The main reasons for this are: (a) no costly dies are required so almost any shape (within reason) can be accomplished (b) no costly printing plates are required (c) vinyl labels can be used indoors and outdoors and are, for the most part, weatherproof and waterproof for up to 3-4 years. Obviously, there are cheaper vinyls, but we don't stock them or use them. There are also more expensive vinyls, which can last up to 7 years, but for our customers the 3-4 year monomeric vinyl offers the best all round value for money and quality. There are also different brands of vinyl, but we prefer the 4 Year Outdoor Orajet vinyl as our standard label printing stock. We have tried other monomeric vinyl label stocks and some of them are just as good, but the Orajet ticks most of the right boxes at the moment. If something superior comes onto the market, we will test that too and change if needed.
